Most firms or consumers feed on something which stretches their limitation for a service to impress them or simply put tease their intelligence. For instance, take the movie industry; we literally divide it in two platforms - parallel and commercial cinemas. Parallel or art cinemas deal with subjects such as complex relationship, religion, true story, caste or issues that are taboo to a society while commercial films as it says is a potpourri of emotion, laughter and action. Most of us judge the sincerity of a director, protagonist or the technicians based on the cosmetic sincerity or its proximity to dramatic melancholy. We appreciate or feel connected to a performance when it touches a subject which we are not comfortable about. So, we try to appreciate a team who does that. Pat them on the back and say well done!
